Visa Duration and Extension

If your CoS is valid for 11 months, your visa will be issued for 11 months plus 28 days (approximately 12 months total).
Your Creative Worker Visa can be extended for an additional year, allowing a maximum total stay of two years. To extend, you must:

Important: You cannot extend your Creative Worker Visa if you used the Creative Worker Visa Concession to enter the UK (the 3-month no pre-visa entry). If this applies to you, you must return to your home country and apply for a new Creative Worker Visa to continue your work.
No Permanent Settlement
The Creative Worker Visa does not lead to indefinite leave to remain or permanent settlement in the UK. Even after two years, you must return to your home country or switch to another visa category if you wish to remain longer.
