Refund Policy
Once your payment has been processed and your application has been submitted to UK authorities, your service fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
1. Service Fee Policy
UK ETA charges a service fee in addition to the UK Government's ETA application fee. This service fee covers administrative costs, customer support, platform maintenance, and assistance in completing your application. Once your payment is processed and your application is submitted to UK Government authorities, your service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
If rejected by UK authorities, the service fee is non-refundable. Rejection may occur due to ineligibility, incomplete information, or security concerns.
Requests for refunds due to change of mind cannot be accommodated. All payments are final upon submission.
If processing takes longer than expected, the service fee remains non-refundable. UK authorities control timelines.
If rejected due to incorrect or fraudulent information, no refund will be issued. You are responsible for accuracy.
If you experience technical difficulties, the service fee remains non-refundable once payment is processed.
If you submit multiple applications, all service fees are non-refundable. Ensure you do not duplicate.
In addition to our service fee, you must pay the UK Government's ETA application fee. This fee is separate and controlled by UK authorities. We cannot issue refunds for the UK Government fee. This fee is non-refundable regardless of whether your application is approved or rejected.
Payments are processed immediately upon submission. Once payment is confirmed and your application is submitted, our service fee cannot be refunded. Review all information before submitting.
Contact billing@uketa.com immediately. We will investigate legitimate disputes. However, refunds are not issued once applications are submitted.
6. Rare Exceptions
We may consider refunds only in exceptional cases:
- •Service provider error preventing application
- •Unauthorized or fraudulent charges
- •System outages preventing submission
- •Payment processing errors on our part
