1. Eligibility

3. Fees and Payments
The cost of our service includes both the UK Government ETA fee and our service fee. All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment constitutes an agreement to our terms and submission of your application.
Key Terms
Once submitted, applications are forwarded to UK authorities. We do not make approval decisions—those are made solely by UK Government authorities. We are an independent service provider facilitating the process.
We keep you informed via email. Processing typically takes up to 3 working days. Final decisions are communicated by UK authorities. We have no control over approval or timeline decisions.
All information must be accurate and truthful. False information may result in rejection and legal consequences. You are responsible for accuracy of all submitted information.
All website content is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UK ETA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our service.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free operation. Use is at your own risk.
You agree not to use our service for illegal purposes, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities. Violations may result in suspension or legal action.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify UK ETA from any claims arising from your use or violation of these terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
